Significance:

Hanumath Vratam signifies a religious practice to receive Lord Hanuman’s blessings for fulfillment of devotees’ desires.   As per the legend, Sage Veda Vyasa taught this Hanumath Vratam to King Yudhishtara to relieve the miseries of Pandavas when they were living in the forest Dwaita in exile.  Sage Vyasa states that the Hanumath Vratam was narrated by Lord Krishna himself to Sri Draupadi to attain her desires.  By performing the Hanumath Vratam with devotion, one attains good health, happiness and fulfillment of many objectives in life.
